WFH dog lover, 1:1 care 🐾
I live in the beautiful village of West Tanfield, surrounded by countryside walks right on my doorstep. I’m lucky to have access to a lovely river loop walk, open fields nearby, and regular trips to Thornborough Henges, which is fully fenced and perfect for safe exploring. I work from home most of the time, so your dog will have plenty of company and a calm, relaxed environment throughout the day. They’re more than welcome to join me in my home office — keeping me company as the “office dog” for the day. I’ve had dogs all my life and recently lost my beautiful black Labrador, Ralph, in January. While I’m not quite ready for another dog of my own, I would love to open my home to yours and give them the same love and care. My aim is to provide a true “home away from home” — dogs are welcome to relax freely in the house and garden, and be part of a safe, comfortable environment. I’ll always treat them as if they were my own.

Becky is lovely and our cheeky dog had a great time! She had a proper holiday and had lots of treats! Becky kept us updated the whole time we were away which helped keep our mind at rest. Fabulous.
I would hugely recommend Rebecca! She is so lovely, and looked after our pooch so well. He looked so happy and comfortable in her home. She took him for lovely walks and had lots of snuggles with him. We got lots of photos of him looking super happy throughout the weekend. I wish we lived closer so he could go to Rebecca’s more! Thank you ❤️
Rebecca was very kind and great with our dog Sky. Communication was great and we felt at east knowing our pup was in great hands. Highly Recommend!
Becky was amazing with our two little fur babies and is highly recommended. She gave them so much love and playtime and took them for daily walks. She also kept us updated with messages and photos throughout their stay. It is the first time they have stayed away from home and we had complete peace of mind knowing that they were with Becky and being very well looked after.
My Cockapoo had a lovely weekend with Rebecca. It was my first time leaving him with someone outside the family, so I was a little anxious, but Rebecca was fantastic. She kept me updated with daily photos and messages, which really put my mind at ease. I’d definitely book with her again and highly recommend her! 🐾🐶
Stan had a wonderful time staying in Becky’s lovely home. Becky really knows how to look after dogs to the highest standard and the ease of communication and feedback was fantastic throughout. I would not hesitate to have Stan stay again. Excellent job. Would give more than 5 stars if I could 🤩

I only take one dog at a time. Dogs are treated like family and I like them to feel relaxed, with free roam, sofas, beds, a garden fully secure, and countryside walks.
A typical day
Typical day: this would be worked around my working hours, so would take them for early morning and evening strolls.. and a nice lunchtime walk.
