UPDATE: Kindly read before requesting to book: as a teacher, now that the school year has started, all weekday drop offs must be made before 8 am. All weekday pick ups must be made after 5 pm. Weekends are flexible. At this time, my own dog will be home unattended from 8:30-4:30 (8 hours). Please keep this in mind when booking. Again, weekends have much greater flexibility. Thank you for reading!! Dogs have always been part of my world, and I love stepping into theirs for a walk, a visit, or a little midday reset. I’m calm, attentive, and tuned into each dog’s personality. I also have a gentle, friendly pup of my own, so I understand how to help dogs feel safe and at ease.

Schedule
As of August 17th, my school year as a teacher begins. During the weekdays I am gone from home for 8 hours (my own pup stays home unattended during this time). If that time frame works for you and your dog, drop offs must be made before 8 am and pick ups after 5 pm. Weekends and holidays I am home much more frequently, and am flexible on drop off and pick ups.

In my home, I create a calm, safe, and cozy environment for dogs to feel at ease. I have a dog door for small–medium dogs that leads to a fenced grassy area—perfect for fresh air, potty breaks, and sunny lounging. I’m home often and typically never away for more than 5–6 hours, so your dog will get plenty of attention and care. I also have a gentle, friendly dog who enjoys the company of others. I’m happy to follow your preferences—whether your dog is crate-trained or prefers more freedom. In your home, I aim to keep your dog’s routine as consistent as possible with walks, feeding, playtime, and lots of care and attention.

A typical day
I love playing with a dog’s favorite toy, testing out skills, and also just snuggling!! We have a large circle in our neighborhood to walk through, and a nice area for sunbathing and quick potty breaks in the back.
