Hi, we’re Bex and Jack, a kiwi couple living in London. After Covid back in New Zealand, Bex started dog sitting while working from home. She did that for three years before moving to the UK. Our work is very flexible and allows us time to give the pets we look after the attention throughout the day that they need. We are also on the house sitting app TrustedHousesitters where we travel around Europe looking after pets and homes. We have looked after both dogs and cats in 10 countries and continue to get 5 star reviews. We both grew up with dogs and cats and love both to bits. If your pet came to our home, we would both share the sitting duties, so they need to be ok with men (we know some pets can be anxious). However, if you require home visits, we can work around your pet’s preferences.

Safety, trust & environment
At our home we have a grassy yard which is fenced but shared with neighbours. We would use this mostly for toilet breaks. Hampstead Heath is very close and we love going on long walks or short runs depending on your pup’s abilities.

Felt very happy and comfortable leaving my little dog baby with Bex for the day. Bex is so friendly and lovely and clearly wonderful with dogs and has so much experience and regular dogs that she looks after. Fyrish will be back with her again soon!

Grumble loves Rebecca and spending day care at with her and Jack. The set up is great for me with Rebecca being easy to contact, and flexible at times too!

Rebecca is great with Jack! He always seems very happy to see her for his walks. Rebecca communicates well and sends lots of photos and videos to keep me updated.

Schedule
Both of us work from home 95% of the time and have very flexible schedules. We like to be active and get out of the house and can make ourselves available for most requirements.

- We just need to know everything that makes your dog special! Things like how good your dog’s recall is off lead, whether they’re better on lead at all times, how they are around other pets and different type of people. What their favourite treats are, their eating schedule, their favourite toy etc. and anything that makes them anxious or excited.
