We are a dog loving home
I've owned dogs and/or cats for most of my life and I’ve been boarding and dog walking for the past 4 years. I have a large yard and I enjoy taking long hikes on my neighborhood trail and beyond. My children are aged 14, 16, and 19. They are respectful, loving, and playful with the dogs/cats that we have cared for.

Rebecca was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Leigh. From the moment we met her, she was communicative, reliable, and incredibly easy to work with. During Leigh's stay, Rebecca made sure all of her medications were given on schedule, took her on regular walks, and treated her like part of the family, including letting her curl up and sleep on the couch, which is one of Leigh's favorite things. What we appreciated most were the updates and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that Rebecca genuinely cared about Leigh's comfort, happiness, and well-being. Knowing our dog was receiving such attentive, loving care made all the difference. We truly could not have been happier with the experience. Rebecca went above and beyond in every way, and we would not hesitate to trust her with Leigh again. Highly recommended!
Our senior dog Gus had a great stay with Rebecca. He enjoyed his walks and ate well (which he sometimes does not do if he is not comfortable). Rebecca was responsive and flexible and sent several pictures along the way. We would definitely use her again.
Rebecca was absolutely wonderful. My dog stayed with her for 10 days and had a great time. She took daily walks and weekly hikes, which he loved. She also understood my anxiety about boarding him for the first time and was willing to do meet him multiple times beforehand. Plus I could tell she bonded with him and formed a genuine connection, which is the best situation when you have to be away. She was kind and had a very calm energy while doing the activities needed to keep a high energy dog manageable. Honestly was a great experience and would highly recommend..
Rebecca is excellent and made Gizmo feel right at home!
Rebecca took really good care of Nikko! She went beyond to get him food when I didn't give her enough for his stay. I didn't worry once while I was away because I knew she would treat him like her own. I highly recommend her as a sitter for your fur baby!
Rebecca was wonderful and my cat really loved her; she adhered to all my instructions and was very considerate and warm. I would definitely consider booking with her again in the future if she’s available!

Schedule
I work part time as a preschool teacher. During the school year I work Tuesday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. So I am available to take dogs in my care out for walks or backyard time in the morning, afternoon, and evenings.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a house with a large fenced in yard and hound mix that is older and mostly keeps to herself. Dogs are allowed on the furniture. There is space for a doggy bed and I feed the dogs separately. I take dogs in my care on two 15-30 minute walks a day or as requested/needed. I also take them on a half day/all day hike once or twice a week if the dog is up for longer hikes and likes to go adventuring.

A typical day
We can play fetch in the yard or run around. I live near the Northwest Branch Trail so I often go for hikes along the trail.
