I’m a 31-year-old mom with over 15 years of hands-on pet care experience, and about 6 years of working on Rover here and there. Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life—I grew up around dogs and cats and learned early on the importance of patience, consistency, and lots of love when it comes to their well-being.

When I say my Leu LOVES it there that still doesn’t convey the level of genuine care and love he gets there. Best kitty care period and so glad to have found them!
Reagan was amazing. It was our first time boarding our kitten and we were scared but Reagan took all the guesswork work and questioning of this service out of existence. She was attentive, communicated well and didn’t leave us in the dark. We got updates and pictures daily and made this whole process so much easier for first time rover users. She is 10/10. Hopefully we never have to leave our fur baby for an extended period of time again but if we do, Reagan will be our first call.
Reagan is great with Ollie. She’s very dependable and always sends a pic of my sweet boy. Highly recommend her!

Schedule
Because I am home full-time, pet care fits seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine. I have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the day for feedings, potty breaks, playtime, medication administration, and any special care needs.

Being home full-time allows me to provide consistent attention and supervision, so pets are never left alone for long periods. I’m able to adjust my routine around each pet’s individual schedule to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I am also available on holidays, making me a dependable option for pet care during busy travel times or extended trips.

A typical day
My typical day revolves entirely around each pet’s individual schedule and routine. I follow their normal feeding times, potty breaks, play periods, and rest times to keep things familiar and stress-free. For dogs, this includes walks, outdoor time, interactive play, puzzle toys, and positive engagement to keep them mentally and physically enriched. For cats, enrichment looks like wand toys, laser play, puzzle feeders, window watching, climbing, and calm one-on-one attention—always based on their comfort level and personality. Whether a pet is high-energy or prefers a quieter pace, I focus on balanced enrichment, consistency, and plenty of affection so they feel happy, relaxed, and well cared for throughout the day.
