Update - January 2026 - now certified in Pet First Aid and CPR! Over 15 years experience in pet care! I had my rescue dog, Kayleigh, for fourteen years and she was the joy of my life. We have now added a new furry family member, a rescued Black Lab named Jasper, so your pet will have my adult dog for company. I am accustomed to having a senior dog, so if your dog is in his or her golden years, that's absolutely ok! When your pet is with us, they are family! Where we go, they go! I have been on Rover for coming up on two years now and have had a wonderful time, taking care of pets in my home. It’s been a great and very fulfilling experience, helping my clients feel safe leaving their precious family members when they are traveling. I look forward to giving you that same peace of mind. I can’t say enough positive about beautiful Rayna and her lovely partner Nigel re Gary’s recent stay! My dog Gary is 12 years old and hadn’t been around other dogs for over 2 years. He typically stays with friends of ours but they couldn’t accommodate all of our trip dates. I was nervous about booking with a stranger however it ended up being an absolutely wonderful experience. Rayna and Nigel were super accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and kind. I would highly recommend these wonderful people and will most definitely be a repeat customer!!❤️❤️
Rayna (and Nigel) are very caring and thoughtful towards Ruby. This was Ruby’s second time staying with them, and she was excited when we arrived at their home. I received daily updates and pictures of her out for walks with other dogs. Ruby is already booked to stay with Rayna again next month.
Rayna and Nigel once again provided me with great peace of mind while I was away. I was gone for a longer period this time and the check ins and patience with Lucille’s quirks were so appreciated. She even took over poor Jasper’s bed!
Rayna and Nigel are fantastic. Very experienced carers for all types of dogs. Patient and loving and willing to put in the effort to really get to know your dog. My dog Lucille is senior and a fairly recent rescue so I had my anxieties about leaving her. Rayna checked in, sent updates and treated her like family. Lucille was calm and confident when I picked her up. The peace of mind is so valuable. No only would I book her again, I have booked her again - twice for this summer! My enjoyment of my time away is going to be so enhanced knowing Lucille is with Rayna and Nigel.
Rayna took such great care of Chimo! And she sent updates and photos daily, which I loved. Chimo is older and has some arthritis and stiffness—it was all good as Rayna seems very attuned to each dog’s energy-level and physical abilities. Chimo loved her time there with Jasper and will definitely be back.
Cannot speak highly enough for the care Rayna provided my DOJI… She was fantastic with communication, always send them pics and updates to ease my anxiety when I was away… I will 100% be using her services again in the future

Schedule
I work from home, so I will be available for your fur baby all day long. We will take walks and hang out and I will make sure s/he feels right at home.

I own my own home and I have a fenced yard so they have room to go outside and wander, while I keep a watchful eye from the door. I also live close to the Quidi Vidi dog parks and will happily take your furry family member to play, if you are happy to have me do so!
Pets
A typical day
We can hang out and go for walks in the mornings, on my lunch break and after dinner. We have a yard to play in and are near the dog park as well.
