I have plenty of years of experience with both cats and dogs, and a deep love for animals of all kinds. I’m a proud cat mom to five rescues—three of whom I bottle-fed from just three weeks old—so I’m no stranger to giving extra care and attention to young, sensitive, or vulnerable pets. I have also owned three amazing dogs, from small to large breeds, including a Schnauzer, an Alaskan Malamute, and a German Shepherd Husky. This range of experience has taught me how to tune into each pet’s unique needs, whether it’s a shy kitten, an energetic puppy, or a senior dog who just wants a gentle walk and some love. I approach every single pet with patience, kindness, and a focus on making them feel comfortable and loved. I understand the importance of creating a comfortable and stress-free environment for them while their owners are away. I treat every pet like family, and I’m committed to making them feel safe, happy, and understood while in my care.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to stick to their usual routines so they feel safe and comfortable. I will ensure they are fed, and have fresh water, which includes doing dishes to provide clean bowls if necessary. I will happily provide attention and spend quality time based on each pet’s needs—whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or quiet companionship. I check their surroundings to make sure everything is safe and clean, whether it’s litter box maintenance for cats or outdoor exercise for dogs. If needed, I can administer medications or special care instructions. For dog walking, I focus on providing not only exercise but also mental stimulation. I tailor the walk to your dog's energy level, whether that’s a leisurely stroll or a brisk pace to burn off extra energy. I’m always mindful of their safety, keeping a watchful eye on their behavior and surroundings. In any case, I’m dedicated to giving pets personalized, attentive care, making them feel loved and secure in their own space.

Raylene is so great - she takes good care of my cats, provides pics and updates and even coaxes my very scared timid cat out of hiding for some pets! Would highly recommend.
This was our first time booking with Raylene and it definitely won’t be our last. Not only did she take extra care to learn about our cat Richards needs ahead of time, she arrived promptly and sent really wonderful updates and photos after each visit. Having her as our rover set our mind at ease while we were away for a family emergency.
Raylene is extremely responsive and sends the best pictures of my cat while I’m away. You can tell she cares about animals and taking care of your pet. It’s my second time using her and I will definitely use her again!
I can count on one hand the times I’ve felt this safe leaving our kitty behind on a trip. I felt the way Raylene put not only her work ethic but also her heart into making Crunchy comfy and feel cared for. A true cat lover!! Thank you again!
Raylene did a fabulous job checking in on our 2 cats, Mikey and Guppy for the weekend! She provided photos and great updates after each visit. The boys have a particular feeding routine and specific foods and Raylene listened to all of our instructions clearly and with such great care! I had great peace of mind knowing they were in her care. Highly recommend her services 🐱🐱🖤🤍
Raylene was very thoughtful and such a pleasure to work with when arranging our first ever rover service. Our cat seemed to warm to her despite him being a bit skittish and was very content when we came back. She kept us updated with photos and gave us a lot of confidence leaving our cat in her care.

This allows me to provide reliable and tailored pet care services like dog walking and drop-in visits, whether it’s early mornings, afternoons, or evenings. I understand how important it is to find care that fits seamlessly into your routine, and I’m happy to adjust my schedule to meet your pet’s needs. My goal is to make pet care as convenient as possible for you, while providing your pets with the attention and love they need.
