I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and can’t imagine it any other way! I grew up helping care for animals on friends’ farms and had five rabbits of my own while participating in 4-H. These days, I have a wonderful client whose two cats and one dog I care for often. At home, I share my life with a very energetic golden retriever named Dixie and a one-eyed cat named Kitten. Both of whom I absolutely adore. I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities, and I love spending time outdoors, going on hikes, and giving animals the attention and care they deserve.

Raya has cared for my pets and provided housesitting on many occasions over the past couple of years. My mind is always at ease when my fur babies and home are in her care. My elderly Shih Tzu has severe separation anxiety which Raya handles with patience, kindness and incredible skill. It is evident that she has experience caring for animals and a deep connection with them. I have found her to be reliable, punctual, honest and very capable of handling emergencies with the pets and the house. I have absolutely no reservations recommending her to care for your pet and your home. My husband is a parole officer so we're very careful about who we hire and trust!!!
I can’t recommend Raya enough! She did an absolutely amazing job taking care of our senior dog and our cat. Our dog can be a handful sometimes and has separation anxiety but she handled her with so much patience, care, and energy. You can tell she really loves animals and treats them like her own. I felt completely at ease knowing they were in her hands. If you’re looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, and truly awesome with animals, Raya is the one!
Raya was paws-itively amazing! My dog would give her a solid 5/5 stars. It’s clear she genuinely cares, and I felt completely confident that my fur baby was in great hands. Raya has taken care of our anxious but sweet pocket beagle Millie and old and affectionate cat Akira; she made it the best experience for us all by providing great pet care and customer service! She is so kind and warm, and we could tell our pets felt comfortable and cared for in her presence. She asks questions, takes note of instructions and preferences, provides attention and affection, and is great at communicating updates on the status of your fur babies!! She is responsible, reliable, and most of all, a total pet person I would trust anytime in the future with our animals and home!!!

Raya has been a welcomed pet sitter for my large mixed breed dog Milo and my cat Nyah. She has made getting away very easful, as I know my animals are safe and well cared for by her. She is reliable and responsable and gives extra love ,care and affecrion to them and I can tell because its as if we never left and they are calm and happy due to excellant care and attention.

Schedule
My weekly schedule varies as I am currently a part-time server and university student. At the moment, business is slow so Im looking for a little more excitement to fill my time. I do school online so location is not a problem and I can drive as needed.

In my home and yours, every animal is treated like part of my family. I make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved from the moment they walk through the door. I follow each pet’s routine as closely as possible, whether that means meal times, walks, playtime, or quiet time, so they feel right at home. I’m patient with shy or anxious animals and always make sure they get the space and reassurance they need.

A typical day
A typical day with me starts with a good walk or hike. I love getting outside and helping dogs burn off some energy. During the day, we play, explore, and just hang out together, whether that means tossing a ball or keeping the cats entertained with their favorite toys. By the evening, I like to bundle up, relax, and spend some quiet time with the pets so everyone winds down happy and calm.

- Before a sit, I like to know your pet’s routine when they eat, walk, and rest, as well as how they do around other animals. It’s also helpful to know about any medications, allergies, or quirks they have, plus their favorite toys and what helps them feel comfortable. The more I know, the easier it is to make them feel right at home.
