I normally walk to the park in the morning around 8am. Long rest until noon in which I'll take dogs to fenced in areas and let them play. Afternoons I'm getting to my overnight stays where I can end the night.

My dog Buddy is very healthy and likes to be next to people. He needs oil and lotion on his back to help his skin
A typical day
My day always starts with Buddy. Even before my alarm goes off, I feel his nose nudge my hand or his warm breath on my face. He’s polite but persistent—he knows it’s time to get moving. I roll out of bed, and he’s already at the door, tail wagging, eyes bright, ready to take on the world. We head out for our morning walk. The air is still cool, and the streets are quiet. Buddy trots slightly ahead of me, always alert, checking out every sound and scent. Every so often, he turns to look at me, like he’s making sure I’m still with him. I can’t help but smile—his energy is contagious. Back home, it’s breakfast time. I sip my coffee while he crunches his kibble. Then he hops up onto his favorite perch at the window, keeping watch over the neighborhood like it’s his personal kingdom. Squirrels and passing dogs are closely monitored. Nothing escapes him. By mid-morning, it’s time for something more active—usually a game of fetch at the park. Buddy takes it seriously. He launches after the ball like he’s on a mission, ears back, legs pumping. I throw, he retrieves, over and over, both of us loving every second. It’s one of the best parts of my day. The afternoon slows down. Sometimes we do a bit of training—he’s ridiculously smart and loves learning new things—or I give him a puzzle toy to work on. Eventually, he curls up near me for a nap while I tackle emails or read. Even when he's resting, I can feel the calm he brings to the house. As the sun starts to dip, we go out for a slower, more relaxed walk. No rush. We just enjoy being out together. It's peaceful, just me and Buddy, padding down the sidewalk like we own it. Evenings are quiet. Buddy sticks close while I cook or unwind. When I sit down to watch a show or read, he’s always nearby, sometimes with his head in my lap or just resting against my leg. And when it’s time for bed, he follows me without a word, settling into his spot with a soft sigh. Life with Buddy is full, joyful, and grounded. Every day with him reminds me how lucky I am to have a best friend who never needs words to show he cares.

Our pets are happy and safe with Ray. Thanks again

Thanks for being there for our pets while we were away. Appreciate your care.

Ray is great, I have no complaints with Ray. The problem is my dogs.

So far great!!. He is really patient with my dogs, and they warmed up to him quicker than they normally do. So I was quite happy about that.
