*please advise I’m currently only servicing the centretown area! Closeted cat lover in a dog mom body. My name is Rawand but you can call me Ray! I have over 20 years of combined professional and personal experience with dogs and cats which I gained through working at a doggy daycamp/pet hotel, working at a shelter, and caring for my own + family & friends pets. This includes dogs & cats who have pet/food/people/toy aggression issues and all sizes! I have a rescue Dutch Shepherd and have domesticated/rehabilitated feral cats so I understand needing patience for behavioural quirks! I also have experience with other pets such as rabbits, rats, fish, & reptiles! I’m willing to provide extra care (such as feeding, administrating medication, etc) for any other pet you have at home. I even have a reptile of my own! 🦎 Can't wait to meet you and your love bug(s)! M&G are preferred to confirm if the booking is a match & are free, they are about 15-20 mins long. **please advise a meet & greet for reactive dogs is required and additional fee may be applied for drop-ins depending on reactivity level. A meet & greet will confirm if extra charge is necessary or not.

Ray came through on a last minute request and provided professional, caring, and diligent service. She took great care of our cat, was super communicative, and provided excellent (and funny) Rover Cards. She went above and beyond by sweeping our place, and even gave us a cute Polaroid of our cat. Ray is a top tier sitter, and a joy to be around. We will definitely rebook!
I am so glad I found Rawand. The first time I left my shy, senior cat in her care, I thought for sure my cat would spend the week in hiding. Instead she was happily hanging out with Rawand within minutes on the first day. I can’t thank Rawand enough for her patience and compassion. She takes wonderful care of Moxie and I would rehire her without hesitation. She is reliable, communicative, and punctual.
Amazing as always! Ray went above and beyond as usual and helped keep track of my two cats’ new feeding system and some tummy troubles. I feel so at ease knowing how well they’re cared for and look forward to the thorough and hilarious updates each day :)
Ray was AMAZING while taking care of my two cats! She sent detailed updates and pictures, which left me worry-free for the few days I was away. Even though Winona wouldn't come out of hiding, Ray did what she could to make her comfortable while she was there. Wednesday loveddd having Ray there to give her lots of treats and pets! I will definitely rebook for our next trip :)
