Hi there! I’m Raven. I’ve loved animals since I was a little squish. I grew up around dogs and I took care family “pets” until I was old enough to adopt my own. My hobbies include yoga, art, photography and anything that allows me to be outdoors. I am the proud mommy of an 8 year old son, who also has a love for animals, and a four year old boxer that I now co-parent. Our boxer is silly and playful but also loves to lay up and cuddle. Long walks and hikes are a favorite and as a famIly we spend lot of time at the park. When I cook dinner, I make a pup-friendly version for our four legged friend so you could also say she’s a bit spoiled. I would be more than happy to spoil your fur baby too. (Unless you’d prefer a more disciplined experience) I follow instructions well and send pictures/videos to share little sparks of joy with parents when providing care. For house sits, I aim to leave your space cleaner than I found it so I can also support with plant care and light cleaning if requested. On my last sit, I followed specific instructions for each plant to ensure that received what was needed. I harvested peonies for the family while they were away (per her request) and really enjoyed learning some things I could take back home to my own garden.

I live near Union market and I drive so I can commute to meet with you and your family to confirm we’ll be a match. My apartment building is a smoke free community. It is pet friendly and has a dog park on the premises. All this to say that your little darling will have plenty of opportunities to eat, play and be loved on while they forget they’re even awaiting your return.

Raven was great! She left very thorough daily progress reports, loved on our pets and left our home in perfect condition. She was genuinely a joy to meet in person as well. I would happily hire her again and refer her to friends.

Raven is an excellent sitter! As a sitter myself for about five years, I can confidently say she did a wonderful job taking care of both pups and our home while we were away. She was trustworthy, attentive, very communicative and kept us well informed throughout the stay. Schedule
I have some experience in training and am happy to provide consistency in your companion’s regular routine. I also have experience in house sitting and plant care and leave spaces trusted in my care cleaner than I found them. I have spent time taking care of all kinds of little darlings for friends and coworkers unofficially, and I am excited to join Rover and connect with other humans that share a love animals as much as I do. From reptiles and fish to cats and dogs, and I am grateful for the knowledge I’ve gained from each experience. I am detail oriented and work from home during the day so I can dedicate the time needed to ensure your fur baby’s needs are met. I offer walks, boarding in my home, sits, play sessions, and drop in visits. I am First Aid/CPR certified and strive to respond within an hour.
