When our longtime Rover sitter moved out of state, I was honestly really nervous about finding someone new. I spoke with several sitters before booking, but Raven gave me the best feeling from the start, and all 4 visits have been wonderful. Before booking, she took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. She was honest, flexible, and very easy to communicate with, which made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She’s also incredibly calm and patient, and followed all of my care instructions exactly how I asked. What I appreciated most was how thoughtful she was with updates. She sent Rover cards, but also checked in through messages, which really helped ease my anxiety. You can tell she genuinely cares, not just about the pets, but about making owners feel comfortable too. I’m someone who worries a lot when leaving my pet with anyone, so I was extremely anxious at first. But after Raven’s first visit, I felt completely at ease. That kind of trust is hard to find. I’m really grateful for how well she cared for my pet, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring sitter.

Raven is excellent! Shes a fantastic communicator, is prompt and professional, and my pups felt super at ease with her. I already have a multi day house sitting stay booked with her!
