She’s reliable, communicative, and incredibly flexible…she even helped us out with a last-minute schedule change, which we really appreciated. Before her first visit, she came over for a meet-and-greet to make sure Crowley was comfortable, and it gave us so much peace of mind. During each visit, she sends photos and updates through the app, and it’s clear that Crowley is always well cared for and happy. Raven is fabulous with all animals, from the scaly to the furry to the half ton. She truly cares about all creatures and treats all animals like her own. She often watches mine animals and always does an excellent job.
