Caring dog lover based in Sunbury-on-Thames
My childhood was spent growing up on a farm with dogs, cats and many other farm animals. This is where my love for animals began. My family and I have been very lucky to have owned Duchs, a Dachshund along with her 7 puppies many years ago. And for the past 15 years, we had our beloved boy Max, a Jack Russell who we sadly lost very recently. The pain of losing another pet is too much for my family and I to handle, and this is why I would love to help take care of other people’s beloved dogs as a pet sitter. As a pensioner, I will have all the time in the world for your dog, along with a pet friendly home with toys, treats and a gated garden for them to roam in. My wife, daughter and myself are all animal lovers and experienced pet owners from the puppy stages all the way through to senior years, so rest assured your dog will be in the most loving and caring hands.

Raul is the most caring and patient sitter, we wouldn’t trust Archie with anyone else. We received daily updates, photos and had peace of mind while we were away. Raul and his family took Archie out to explore, he relaxed in the garden and enjoyed some play time! He came back a very happy boy <3
Brunel enjoyed his week with Raul and his family. Raul took great care of him with early walks before it got to hot, loads of play time and making him part of the family. Can't recommend him enough!
Raul looked after our dog Bear for a week while we were away, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was the first time we’d left Bear, so we were naturally a bit nervous, but Raul was fantastic from start to finish. He kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which really put our minds at ease. Bear was clearly very well cared for and happy. We’d absolutely recommend Raul to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their dog, and we will definitely be using him again in the future.
Lovely gentleman took wonderful care of our very nervous Dacshund for 2 days. Kept us updated with photos and videos which was amazing. Absolutely recommend and would definitely book again.

Schedule
I am a retired pensioner and will therefore have all the time to provide proper care, playtime, belly rubs and walks for your beloved dogs.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a gated garden with grass, plants and flowers where your dogs can roam free. Our flat was home to our late Jack Russel boy, Max for 15 years and is a very pet friendly home with an abundance of toys and treats and a pet loving family.
A typical day
Depending on your dog’s age, personality and needs, I will provide tailored care for them. Whether this be stimulating games, playtime and walks for more active dogs or calmer activities indoors or in the garden for more senior dogs. We live in Sunbury where there are many green areas, such as horse fields, walking paths and parks.
