I am currently having a break from work, so I have a flexible schedule. However, even when I am considering going back to school I want to allocate time for pets (which is like a weekend, vacations or relaxation time for me)

A entertaining walk in the park or the waterfront and then as a reward go to the dogs play section for a social interaction. Keeping them hydrated, with enough food and with treats if that is allowed.

I had 3 dogs during my childhood and of course I want another one. Meanwhile I take care of my friend’s dogs when they are traveling or just busy
