Hi! I’ve had a huge soft spot for animals my whole life, I wanted to be a zoologist as a kid. When I was 8, my first pet was a black kitten named Midnight, and my love for animals grew even more. My extensive experience has equipped me with the skills to handle different personalities and specific needs of each pet. I’ve grown up around dogs, and caring for animals comes naturally to me. I’ve also fostered kittens, raised cats of my own, and even cared for fish and small exotics—so I understand that each pet has their own personality and needs. I’m very attentive to body language, changes in behavior, or anything that might feel “off,” and I always communicate with pet parents if something needs extra attention.

This involves following their usual routines, feeding schedules, and incorporating activities they enjoy. I make sure to communicate closely with the pet owners to understand any specific requirements or dietary restrictions. Whether I’m studying, journaling, or relaxing with a cup of tea, I love having a pet companion nearby. Animals have always brought me comfort, and I genuinely enjoy offering that same comfort back to them.

Rashel was great! She worked with me through some rigmarole after another sitter had to cancel. She was early and communicative, my two favorite things. My puppy was happy to have her watching him. Definitely recommend.

Rachel kept our two dogs (one and five) while we were on vacation for a couple days. She was very responsive on Rover before and during her stay. The dogs were very comfy at her place. It was their first stay with her so the pics and vids sent helped assure us they were in good hands. Will definitely rebook!
Rashel did great with my separation anxiety prone dog!
She took great care of our pup and sent great videos of him playing! He was super comfortable and well taken care of!!

Schedule
Since my classes are mostly online, I’m home often—and that means your fur baby won’t be left alone or feeling bored. My daily and weekly routines are carefully structured to prioritize the well-being of the pets I care for. Each day involves dedicated time for feeding, exercise, play, and companionship.
