Throughout the four states and two countries I have lived in, animals have remained a constant in my life. No matter where in the world I am, I always have pets and am out enjoying our natural world. From cats to dogs to chickens to reptiles to Florida native wildlife, I've done it all! My experience includes: • Veterinary Assisting Certified • 250 internship hours in veterinary clinics • Dog training during 4-year veterinary program • 2 years of pet-sitting • 500+ Wildlife rehabilitation and care volunteering hours • Bachelor's Degree in Zoology/Biology Today, I have an amazing rescue dog, two cats who could not be more different, a corn snake, 13 chickens, two geckos, and a fish! I would love to spend time with your big dogs, little dogs, cats, and everything in between. Whatever the critter, they're safe in my hands!

Spending time with your pets is my passion, but I'm no stranger of dirty work, either! Cleaning up after, feeding, walking, and entertaining your critters are all things I am happy to do. Supervised backyard time, giving toys and treats, and cuddling with them is also no problem at all! I strive to be a friend and reliable to both parents and fur babies.

Roxy and her family are my neighbors. Although I have had to use her services yet. I wanted to give a testimony on her character. Her and her family are all the sweetest family I think I have ever met. They are all into animals, pets or wildlife and nature. I have seen first hand the care and love Raquel puts in tending to all animals, especially pets. She is capable of caring for elderly pets that require special needs. The animals in her care not only feel safe in her presence, but she is also comfortable with any interaction she has with them. Her certification makes her more qualified than most to care for pets, and her background with a rehabilitation center shows that she is not only ready to look after pets, but also see to it that their health and needs are met. She is above and beyond with her work and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else with any more confidence than her!

Schedule
From day-to-day, I work as a part-time artist at home and volunteer with zoology organizations, so I have a very flexible schedule. There's plenty of time for me to fit in walks and visits with your dogs and cats! As of now, Sun-Thu are my most available days. Typically, any time works for me, but I regularly keep my schedule updated so you can best know when I'm free for your critters! ♡ *A Meet & Greet will be required prior to booking with new clients.*
