Fur Baby Staycation Dream Home
You are preparing to travel and need some place safe and comfortable for your fur baby. When you don’t have family or friends to leave your pet with it can be difficult to find some where you trust. Dog kennels are unpersonable and come with a lot of risk. I totally understand. Rest assured, your doggie will love staying at my clean safe home in Willow Glen. I have been boarding dogs since 2019, in which time I have gained a love, patience, and experience for dogs of all temperaments and needs. I work from home as personal trainer and am a stay at home mom for my 12 year old son and 14 year old daughter. My husband also has been working from home long before Covid. We have a secure and established routine at home that allows us to be available to your dog nearly 24 hours a day. My home has a large fully enclosed backyard where Bailey, my 10-year-old Norfolk terrier, can teach your dog all the best places to watch for squirrels. Inside, your dog is allowed on the future at your discretion. We will welcome him as one of the family, offering cuddles, playtime, a large picture window with plenty of people watching, and a safe place rest. Your dog will instantly become one of the family! Got a COVID puppy that isn’t used to left being alone? I TOTALLY get it. Don’t worry we can be there for him. At this point I have lots of practice with COVID puppies and can offer the support and love they need.

Raquel and her whole family was very caring and did a wonderful job taking care of Yankee. She also provided daily updates and a picture to let me know how Yankee was doing and if they had any concerns or questions.
Raquel and her family were amazing! She was incredibly communicative and sent frequent updates, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was clear she genuinely cared about Ollie and went the extra mile to make sure he felt safe, happy, and loved. We would absolutely love to work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful sitter!
Raquel is dependable and trustworthy when taking care of Charlie (many many times since he was a puppy). We know that we leave him in caring hands and this give us peace of mind. Charlie is always happy to stay with Raquel's wonderful family and play with Bailey. We received timely updates and photos/videos of day activities.
My dog Rosie is a bit timid. However Raquel helped me to feel confident that she was well taken care of. She sent me a picture every day.
Raquel was a great host for Reuben! It was our first time away and we were nervous selecting a host for our puppy (18 weeks). Raquel advised doing a day care session first to make sure their dog and Reuben were a good fit. It was great to meet prior and it put us at ease he would be in good hands. It also helped on drop off day as Reuben was excited to start playing with their dog Bailey again! We had great communication throughout the stay from Raquel with photos and status updates. OVERNIGHT STAYS: I can walk your dog at least once a day. I will send you daily photos and updates of how your dog is doing during his stay. Your dog can sleep wherever he is most comfortable. I recommend you bring his favorite bed, blanket, or crate. Your dog will never be left home alone for more than 3-4 hours. When I step out of the house, I will leave your dog inside in a safe place. I only host one dog at a time, so you can be sure that he will get all the attention he needs and will not get unwanted attention from other dogs. I can make special accommodations for puppies with bathroom breaks every 0-2 hours. DAY CARE: I can care for your pup while you go into the office or away for a day trip. Drop off and pick up between 7:30AM-6PM. I am not able to offer regular weekly day care. Message me and let’s meet up to see if my home is the right fit for you.
Pets
A typical day
We will go on walks around Willow Glen. If your dog enjoys the dog park I can take him to Del Monte Dog Park. We are home to play fetch with your pup in the yard, a good game of tug-a-war in the house, or simply cuddle.
