I’ve been my family and friends’ go-to dog sitter for 20 years. From teacup yorkies to 100+ lb Akitas, from puppies to senior dogs, I’ve taken care of plenty of canines and am always up for accommodating owners’ specific care instructions. Please note I anm available for house sitting in dog-only homes and I’m not able to accept house sitting bookings in homes with cats.

I work in a dog friendly apartment complex with access to an elevator and fenced in dog park. There are also plenty of trails and sidewalks to allow for a different assortment of outdoor sights to keep your dog engaged. Note that I only bring smaller or low energy dogs into my apartment, and all must be from prior clients.

Excellent pet sitter! She cared for our two dogs for two nights at our condo and did a fantastic job. She kept us updated with shared photos, which gave us great peace of mind, and it was clear our dogs were well cared for and happy. Raquel was AMAZING, I could not have asked for anything more!! This was my first Rover booking and it was a for 7 nights so I was a little nervous (I was going to be across the country). My nerves quickly went away before I had even left the airport! Raquel deserves 10 stars for communication! I consistently knew Pearl was being taken care of throughout the day with photos and updates. She even created a picture of Pearl that I would pay money for on Etsy…. One last thing, my dog Pearl also really liked Raquel - she has abnormally started hanging out in the guest room she stayed in.
Raquel took great care of our big boy Teddy! We got so many updates and photos while away so we felt great about her taking care of him. She also left our house on spotless condition. Would definitely use Raquel again!
Raquel was great, my pups are senior and require a bit more attention and she was amazing with them. Super responsive, 10/10 will be booking again

Schedule
I work remotely so have the flexibility to do visits or walks at almost all times of day, but am limited in how many visits I can do per day, so try to book ahead to guarantee availability. Dogs typically prefer being on their home turf, so I do longer stays in homes for weekends. If you require longer stays during the week I require a monitor hookup and internet so I can work from your residence. I am usually available for emergency requests.

- Let me know if your dog has special needs/preferences. I prefer to meet all dogs and owners beforehand. For walks I need dogs to have a harness available to ensure their safety and comfort. When staying with me dog owners must provide a kennel, especially for puppies (kennel only to be used as needed. Your dog will not be kenneled for any substantial period of time while in my care unless for their comfort/safety.)
