I’ll be your dog’s new best friend
What sets me apart is my hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. I have two rescue dogs, Tina and Matilda, and a one-eyed cat named Fred, so caring for animals is a big part of my everyday life. I also volunteered at the Orange County Animal Shelter for over a year and have fostered several dogs, which gave me experience helping pets adjust to new environments and routines. I grew up with a French Bulldog and also lived with my roommate’s Pug for 10 months, so I’m very familiar with brachycephalic breeds and their needs. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and giving oral medications. Friends and family have trusted me for years to walk, feed, and care for their pets, and I hope you’ll feel comfortable trusting me with yours too! 🐾

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard to keep all the pups safe and always under my supervision. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I have a big crate so you don’t have to bring yours.

This is the second time my dog has stayed with Raquel for several days. Just like the first, she is AMAZING! She takes such wonderful care of my dog, stays in contact, sends pictures, etc. It is such a relief to be able to travel and not worry for a single second about how my dog is doing. She is so welcoming, warm and caring. Raquel will always be my first choice for help with my dog.
It was my puppy’s first time with a pet sitter and Raquel was excellent. She was so patient with him. She also set up a meet and greet with us before leaving my pup. My pet was with her for 5 days and she kept me updated the whole time. Easy to communicate and very prompt at responding. My pet enjoyed a lot playing in her backyard. I would definitely recommend her and will use her services again in future.
Raquel did an amazing job caring for my dog for several days. She is so caring and attentive to his needs and she provides lots of updates and pictures. I am so grateful to have found her and will definitely contact her in the future when we travel.

Schedule
Pet care is already a big part of my everyday routine! I have two dogs and a cat of my own, so my days naturally include walks, feeding, playtime, and lots of attention. I currently have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability, which allows me to easily accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the day.
