Hi, I’m Raquel! I’ve been caring for dogs for over 13 years, and it’s truly something I love with all my heart. Whether it’s going for walks, hanging out at home, or keeping them company while you’re away, I treat every dog like they’re my own. I know how important it is to feel confident and relaxed when someone’s looking after your pup—that’s why I always go the extra mile to make sure they’re happy, safe, and well-loved. Big or small, shy or playful—I’ve got experience with all kinds of dogs, and I can’t wait to meet yours!

Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s, I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I stick to their usual routine as much as possible—feeding times, walks, play, and any special instructions you provide. I have experience with senior dogs and understand the extra patience and gentleness they often need. I’m also comfortable giving medications (both oral and topical) and keeping an eye out for any signs of discomfort or changes in behavior. I’m respectful of your space, keep things clean, and make sure your pup gets plenty of attention and affection. My goal is to make them feel right at home, whether they’re with me or I’m staying with them!

Raquel was super sweet and accommodating to Mike, our diabetic cat. She was willing to take on the responsibility of injecting insulin twice daily to Mike and was punctual each day. Very communicative, quickly responding to any and all messages sent, there was no delay at all! She takes caring for animals seriously and won’t let your pet go without!

Schedule
Pet care fits perfectly into my weekly routine! I’m currently working just a few hours a week, which gives me plenty of time in the afternoons, early evenings, and on weekends to focus on caring for pets. My flexible schedule means I can be there when you need someone most—whether it’s daily walks, weekend stays, or last-minute check-ins. I love being able to spend quality time with dogs and make sure they’re happy, active, and well-loved while you’re away or at work.
