I can offer a variety of pet care, I can do overnights or several hours and I can also do just a quick drop in if that’s all you need. I don’t have a car so unfortunately unless a uber is covered I can’t take them to the vet or things like that but I’m happy to spend my day at a nearby park or just read a nice book with them in your lovely home. Whatever works for you and of course you can just let me know whatever it is you need, it would be my pleasure to accommodate 🥰

I’m comfortable with any special needs your pup may have. If there’s any behavioral concerns I’m very patient and will definitely protect their peace and also respect their boundaries. I’d just like to know ahead of time but please don’t be afraid to share I’ve watched and cared for a lot of dogs and was never bothered by their needs
A typical day
Long walks where I let them stop and sniff to their heart’s content! I can stop by pretty much any park nearby if there is one and let them play around and burn off energy. If it’s an old pup we can take a shorter walk and then cuddle it up. Lots of times I read to them from whatever I’m reading and then hav a nice one sided conversation haha

I’ve grown up with all kinds of pets from rats to cats to spiders and one rehabbed squirrel. I am a huge animal lover and I’m the top choice when my friends ever need a pet sitter because I’m so in love with their pets and love to go above and beyond when taking care of them. That means you absolutely don’t need to worry about them getting enough attention and love because they will get LOADS I hav experience taking care of senior pets and special needs pets and I do my best to really establish a trusting relationship so they know when I’m around everything is going to be ok. It would be my pleasure to meet more lovely pet parents and help them out whenever they need!

Raquel was an AMAZING dog sitter for my dog Cali. She came over for a meet and greet ahead of time and then stayed with Cali at our home for about a week. She very quickly was able to win over Cali (who can be wary and reactive with strangers). Raquel shared tons of photos and videos of Cali throughout the stay and provided thorough updates about her well being. I would gladly book again with Raquel and recommend her to others 🙌
Raquel was amazing with our pups! She cared for our pups as if they were her own and we are so grateful! She sent many updates, photos, and videos throughout the day, and left our place nice and clean for when we arrived back home. We will definitely be rebooking her if she is free when needed in the future.
Raquel was able to bond and care for our girls in a quickly. Cinder is a very sensitive kitty and it was very comforting to see her cuddling and interacting with Raquel early on. And Ashe was able to remain her playful self while under her care. Her updates were consistent and allowed me to enjoy my vacation without worry for our girls. She would often give us updates consistently that I never felt the need to ask how the girls were doing. Raquel also left the apartment clean and tidy after her stay, and we greatly appreciated it. We will definitely be booking Raquel in the future for our cat sitting needs.
