Nurturing Pet Care in a Family Home
Hi friends! It brings me so much joy to care for animals — they’ve always been a part of my life. I grew up surrounded by shaggy terriers, cats, hamsters, and rabbits, and now my little family shares that same love. My husband and I are both obsessed with dogs, and our sweet chihuahua, Nico, is a gentle, social guy who loves making new friends. We also have a young child who is growing up with a natural love and gentleness for animals — it’s truly a family affair here! We offer a warm, home-based pet sitting experience filled with love, care, and play. Whether for daycare or overnights, your pet will be treated like family — cuddled, talked to, walked, and engaged with. I use positive, force-free approaches when caring for dogs who need a little extra support with potty training, leash manners, or focus. I believe pets thrive when they are both mentally and physically engaged, and I love teaching them tricks, games, and words along the way. Over the past 7+ years, I’ve been the go-to sitter for friends and family, and I’d love to offer your pet a cozy, safe, and enriching stay in our home. We’re here to make sure your furry loved one feels happy, secure, and part of the pack — and maybe even leaves with a few new tricks under their belt!

🏡 In My Home Our home has a lovely fenced backyard where dogs can play, explore, or lounge in the sun on beautiful days. While the yard is secure, I always supervise outdoor time to ensure everyone stays safe and calm. Inside, our spacious home offers plenty of cozy corners for napping and relaxing. Nico, our sweet chihuahua, is incredibly friendly and often becomes a snuggle buddy for visiting pups! 🏠 In Your Home When house-sitting, I’m available for overnights on select weekdays and weekends. Before confirming any bookings, I typically schedule a short visit or walk-through with you and your pet to make sure it’s a great fit for everyone. I treat each home with the utmost respect and care—and always aim to leave it even better than I found it.

Exploring, discovering, and having a fun day with the doggies is truly what I love most about being a pet sitter. We’re lucky to live in Seattle, where we have access to incredible parks, trails, and waterfront areas. One of my favorite spots is the Washington Park Arboretum—a magical and safe place where dogs can enjoy the scents, sights, and peacefulness of nature. Whether it’s a relaxed neighborhood stroll, a long walk, or the occasional run, I tailor the outing to your dog’s energy level and personality. I also incorporate gentle training and enrichment into our time together. For puppies, I support potty training with positive reinforcement and patience. For older dogs, I work on leash etiquette, off-leash recall (when appropriate), and calming commands to help them feel confident and balanced. I truly devote focused attention and care to every pet, making sure they feel loved, stimulated, and part of the family.
