Availability
My schedule is quite flexible, which allows me to dedicate quality time to the pets I care for. I am available during weekdays and weekends for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. As I am a very active person, I enjoy taking dogs on long walks, hikes, runs, and keeping them mentally stimulated through play and attention. I always make sure pets receive plenty of company, affection, exercise, and care throughout the day. I work at 8:15 to 15:00 or 16:00 depend of the day and weekend off.

Animals have always been a very important part of my life. Since I was very young, I have grown up surrounded by pets and learned the responsibility, patience, and love they need at every stage of their lives. I had a Siamese cat and a small mixed-breed dog (Yorkshire Terrier and Toy Poodle mix) who were with me for 14 years, so I understand how important it is to give pets proper care, attention, and affection. I also have experience looking after other people’s cats and dogs, adapting to their routines and individual needs. In addition, I have a dog called Atenea, a trained medium-to-large dog mixed with Labrador and Great Dane/Mastiff. Although she does not currently live with me because I am in the UK, I have plenty of experience caring for dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalities. I am a very active person, so I love taking dogs on walks, going on hikes, running with them, and even taking photos of them. I always try to keep pets active, happy, and mentally stimulated while making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved in my care. For me, pets are family, and I always do my best to treat them with the same care and attention I would give my own.

We honestly could not recommend Raquel highly enough. Leaving Maya with someone new was something we were genuinely worried about, especially because in the past she never settled particularly well in dog hotels and would usually come home upset and stressed. From the very beginning, however, Raquel gave us complete peace of mind. Throughout the entire stay, Maya was incredibly well looked after, loved, and cared for as if she were her own dog. What impressed us the most was seeing Maya come back home calm, happy, relaxed, and clearly comfortable — something we had honestly never experienced before. Raquel also took Maya on lovely outings and little trips, and she constantly kept us updated with photos and videos, which genuinely gave me so much reassurance and peace of mind while we were away. Another thing we truly appreciated was how respectful and professional she was at all times — before doing anything, she always asked for our consent first, which showed great care and consideration. Raquel is not only extremely reliable and professional, but also a truly caring person with a genuine love for animals, and it really shows in the way she interacts with them. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for Maya and we would not hesitate for a second to leave her with Raquel again in the future. In fact, she will absolutely be our first choice from now on whenever we need someone to look after Maya. Thank you again for everything — you are absolutely wonderful at what you do.
