In my home (or yours!), your pet will be treated like part of the family. I provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment where they’ll get plenty of attention, affection, and playtime. I’ve raised puppies (and all the fun and chaos that comes with them!), cared for senior dogs with gentleness and patience, administered oral medications, and supported pets through palliative care with compassion and respect. I’ve also rescued dogs and have experience helping them adjust, build trust, and thrive. Whether your pup needs lots of play or a calm, cozy space to relax, I’ll tailor their care to meet their needs, and keep you updated every step of the way. This was our first time using the Rover app and first time boarding our dog Wesley (a mini Labradoodle). Wesley had a great time with Raquel and her family. Raquel was so kind and attentive to Wesley and Wesley too was very comfortable at her place. She is very responsive and kept us updated with photos and messages. Raquel has two dogs and Wesley got along with both of them. Thank you so much Raquel for taking care of our boy while we were away.
She is an excellent sitter—always flexible and very kind. Brizo seemed to have no issues at all and was very comfortable while staying with her. We would definitely like to ask her again next time.
Raquel was absolutely amazing with our dog. From the moment we met her, it was clear how caring, patient, and attentive she is. Both our puppies loved Raquel at first sight. Even if it was their first time meeting her they were very relaxed when we came home which for an Aussie and a Cattle dog says a lot! I would recommend Raquel to any pet parents without any hesitation!
Raquel and her family took great care of our dog Olive. Raquel is caring and thoughtful, and invited Olive for a pre-stay visit to help her adjust and familiarize herself with the new environment, which helped ensure a smooth transition while we were away. When we picked Olive up after our vacation, she looked happy, excited and well taken care of. We would recommend Raquel to others that need a temporary, loving home for their pet.

Pets in our care, along with our own, are never left alone for more than two hours at a time. For pets requiring round-the-clock attention, we make special arrangements with trusted family members to ensure they’re never left unattended, if we do have to leave our home for a short period of time. You can rest easy knowing your pet will receive constant care, companionship, and plenty of affection while you're away. House Sitting I offer trustworthy and personalized short-term house and pet sitting services to give you peace of mind while you're gone. I care for your pets in the comfort of their own home, sticking closely to their established routines; whether it’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or medication. I also keep your home secure, clean, and well-maintained during your time away and I bring everything I need with me. Consistency helps them feel secure and relaxed while you're away. For dogs, I enjoy taking them on peaceful walks along nearby trails or through local parks, and if they are used to going to a local dog park, we'll go for a visit! When boarding at my home, our fully fenced backyard offers plenty of space for games like fetch and tag, and I provide a variety of toys to keep them entertained. Of course, no visit is complete without plenty of belly rubs, cozy snuggles, and affectionate attention, because every pet deserves to feel loved while their owner is away. Caring for multiple pets means understanding the needs of each animal. Whether it’s a morning walk for the dog, playtime for an energetic pup, or quiet cuddles for a senior cat, I make sure everyone gets the attention they deserve. I’m experienced with a variety of pets and personalities, and I create a safe, loving environment where each one feels secure and cared for.

A typical day with the pets I watch includes fun, engaging activities to keep them happy and active. I enjoy taking dogs on walks along scenic trails near my home and, only with the owner's permission, visiting the local dog park where they can socialize and play safely with other dogs. At home, our fully fenced backyard provides a great space for games like fetch and tag, and I supply plenty of toys to keep them entertained. Throughout the day, I also make sure to give plenty of belly rubs, snuggles, and one-on-one attention to ensure they feel loved and comfortable.
