Highlights
Pet care experience
Working for every single tail wag
Having raised and trained a puppy from scratch and cared for family dogs into their golden years, I know how to match your dog’s specific pace. I focus on positive reinforcement, enriching sniff breaks, and engaging playtime. Whether your dog needs an energetic adventure, puppy-level patience, or a gentle neighborhood stroll, they get attentive, reliable care.

Safety, trust & environment
Having raised a rescue dog who was initially prone to door-dashing, situational awareness is second nature to me. Whether securing entryways or keeping a watchful eye on neighborhood walks, I’m very comfortable navigating more sensitive or challenging behaviors with calm, steady patience. Alongside safety, I believe genuine play is essential - I always make time for fun games, positive energy, and active engagement. Most of all, I treat your home with complete respect and follow your established routines, knowing firsthand how essential consistency is for a dog’s confidence and comfort.
Ratings and reviews
I have a challenging rescue dog, and there are only three people in the world I trust to handle her. Raquel is number one on that list. Raquel has a magnetic connection with dogs; they gravitate toward her, and her playful, caring approach puts them completely at ease. She handles difficult behaviors with confidence and care, ensuring every outing is engaging, safe, and fun. Without fail, my dog comes home happy and delightfully exhausted. Raquel is the gold standard of dog walkers and pet sitters.

Schedule
With a completely open and flexible schedule right now, pet care is my primary daily focus rather than something squeezed around an office job. I’m available throughout the day for morning outings, peak midday potty breaks, and evening walks. Having full flexibility allows me to give your dog calm, unhurried attention and accommodate changing schedules easily.
