Hi! My name is Raphael and I love cats & dogs. I currently have two 7-year-old cats - they are sisters & are named Cherry & Suki - and I also occasionally pet sit my wife’s family’s dog, a Schnoodle named Tisbie. Over the years, I’ve also taken care of many of my friends’ pets in NYC.

I have an apartment with a pet safety door between both rooms in case separation is needed as well as an outdoor patio that is fenced.

Raphael did a wonderful job of watching my senior dog Fermi when I had to leave on a last minute work trip. He is great with dogs and Fermi was very happy and affectionate with him from the initial meeting. I really appreciated that he was very communicative with regular updates and lots of pictures, and he also left the apartment in immaculate condition. I would definitely ask Raphael to house sit again next time I am out of town and highly recommend him!
Raphael has been nothing short of amazing when it comes to watching our pets. He is attentive, kind, loving, and willing to tackle any situation with my pets best interest in mind. I feel confident that when Raphael is watching my pets, they will be cared for as if they were his own! And you’ll be flooded with cute pics of your babies as a bonus!
Raphael is a wonderful pet sitter! We have an array of animals and he takes special care of each one! From cats, to dogs, to guinea pigs Raphael is the best out there! He always sent updates, photos and took such special care of our little ones! I would hire Raphael every day if I could!
Raphael is such a wonderful, organized, and loving person and pet caregiver. He is the most incredible cat dad to his two cats, Cherry & Suki - with many a happy purr, they simply adore him. He goes above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable and happy - playing with them, giving them a treat or two, and providing companionship. Raphael has watched my dog, Tisbie, (a 14-year-old Schnoodle mix) many times, and she also feels so at home with him. Each time she sees him, she showers him with licks and happy barks, happily bringing her toys to him or going in for a cuddle. Raphael is responsible, patient, listening, and caring, and makes every pet feel at home and cared for. On top of that, he is truly one of the very best human beings I know. I can truly recommend Raphael to provide wonderful care for your pets!

Schedule
I’m currently working as an editor for my post-production company as well as freelancing in the film industry, and therefore have flexible working hours and can watch your pets whenever is needed.
