My name is Ranjika and I am an MSc. graduate living in The Hague for 5 years now. I moved here for my Bachelor and am currently doing an internship. I have been looking after cats and dogs in The Hague almost the entire time I have been here. My family in Kolkata have 4 rescue dogs back home, including a senior dog and two dogs with separation anxiety and other behavioural issues. I have administered medication to all of them and catered my care to their specific needs. I also have plenty of experience looking after cats in The Hague, from drop in visits to housesitting. Back home in Kolkata I have three pet dogs who are all rescued strays. Moreover, i used Unfortunately, since I am a student i do not have a living situation that allows me to keep pets but I am completely open to house sitting your dogs when you need it. As a house sitter, I can water your plants and take in the mail if it is required. I can stay at your house for 2-3 days, preferably in the weekends. If your pet is comfortable staying alone during longer periods, I can also do extended stays. I can also take them for 30-60 min walks.

I play with them, take them for walks and clean them up after. I am experienced with dogs who have separation anxiety, so usually if they whine for a bit after their parents leave, I refrain from giving them attention until they calm down. For bursts of energy, I hide some treats and then let them find it for some mental stimulation.

Ranjika was heaven sent! Not only did she adapt super quickly to Spike (who is not aggressive but is anxious, he needs a lot of patience and care) but she is also super responsible and reliable in her appointmemts, she has never failed me on a date and she is super professional and friendly

I entrusted Ranjika to look over my four cats while I was on holiday with my boyfriend for a weekend. She knew exactly what to do, and followed all the specific needs for each of my cats. They were happy and well-adjusted when I came back, we definitely hope she is available again. 🐈🐈⬛🤍

Schedule
I am currently completing an internship. I work twice a week from home (Mondays and Fridays, can vary). During weekends and work from home days, I am fully available to look after your furry friends. If your pet is comfortable alone for longer periods of time, then I can also do extended stays.
