I’m a dog-owner, mum & academic!
I’ve had dogs since I was 11 years old and we are now on to our 4th and 5th dogs - a lovely 11 year old female Shih Tzu Dizzy, who’s the gentlest soul ever. And we also have our beautiful kind Shih Tzu puppy Doodle who is 7 months old as of March 2026. We live in Guildford with our two kids aged 6 and 10, and have a lovely house and garden in Onslow Village - a stones throw from the Onslow Rec and Arboretum - perfect for dog walks. We would love to look after small to medium dogs who are fully toilet trained, good with small kids and with other dogs! Do check all the info on the profile before you book :)

Ranjana and Adam do an amazing job of looking after my Bramble. She's immediately treated as though she's part of the family and is well looked after. Ranjana is very communicative. Bramble will be coming back soon :)

Absolutely wonderful! Ranjana looked after Teddy, our Shitzu, for 10 days and he's had a fantastic time. It was absolutely home from home. Ted, being a shihtzu, is extremely stubborn, fussy and lazy! They too have a lovely little dog and they were inseparable. Ted had a bit of an upset tummy when we were away, but the family were so kind and even cooked him some fish and chicken. We had daily updates with lots of lovely pictures. Ted was so well looked after we had no worries at all. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ranjana and Teddy will certainly be going back. If you want to leave your pet in a lovely caring family home, you need look no further. Thank you so much Ranjana and family.
Our 3 year old cavapoo Dylan had a lovely week with Ranjana and her family while we were on holiday. He was clearly very well looked after and shown a lot of love by the family. Ranjana and Adam kept us updated with lots of pictures and great communication throughout the week. I can highly recommend her for boarding. Thank you folks for looking after Dylan so well!

Safety, trust & environment
Fenced garden at ours means dogs are safe and secure. Dogs are allowed on our sofa and our beds (!) and truly embrace pups into our hearts and home :)

A typical day
We live right next to a beautiful park and very close to woods! Plenty of tennis balls too - and walks in the outdoors with lots of catch and fetch are always available:)
