Randi was amazing with Lucky! She went above and beyond to keep him happy and comfortable, and her communication was great both before and during the booking. She sent regular photo updates that gave me total peace of mind, and it was clear Lucky was having the best time. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. We’ll definitely book with Randi again the next time we’re in the area!

Randi was amazing! We had regular updates and photos and even our very shy cat was won over in just a few hours :) Randi was very flexible with some last minute medication additions and handled a houseful of 4 different animals each with their own quirks like it was no big deal. Will definitely book again :)
