🐾 Where Exceptional Care Meets Extraordinary Adventures Hi, I’m Ramona! I’m a Canine Adventure Guide & Enrichment Specialist with experience in pet boarding, dog daycare, veterinary settings, and grooming. I partner with Pawrents to help give their pups the full, happy, and joyous lives every dog deserves. The inspiration behind everything I do is my soul dog, Maximus. Max was a true Adventure Dog. Together we explored, wandered, discovered new places, and squeezed as much life as we possibly could into our time together. He taught me that a dog’s life shouldn’t simply be safe and cared for. It should be lived. 🐾💚 That philosophy became Max & Me and the Canine Adventure Club. I provide personalized care built around the individual dog in front of me. I especially enjoy working with senior dogs, shy or reactive pups, high-energy dogs, and pets with more complex care needs. With experience in veterinary settings, I’m comfortable following detailed medication schedules and complex medication regimens, including administering injections when prescribed and instructed by your veterinarian. I also provide grooming and routine care, including baths, brushing, nail trims, sanitary cleanups, and other basic grooming needs. Keeping pups clean, comfortable, and feeling their best is another part of the care I love providing. And I’m definitely not a “feed them, potty them, and leave” kind of sitter. 😂🐾 Depending on your pup, our time together might include Sniffaris, sensory exploration, enrichment games, confidence-building activities, training reinforcement, walks, playtime, cuddles, and plenty of opportunities to simply be a dog. 🏖️ Welcome to the Lakeside Petcation Life For pups staying with me at my lakeside Petcation resort, this is much more than traditional boarding. Around here, we don’t board. We Petcation. 🐶🌴 Petcation guests can enjoy golf cart rides, Dance Pawties, Pool Pawties, enrichment activities, structured play dates, outings, Sniffaris, and adventures based on their personality, abilities, comfort level, and what they enjoy. I intentionally keep my care small and personal, so my guests aren’t just another dog in a crowded facility. They get individual attention, affection, enrichment, play, rest, and the opportunity to become part of everyday life while they’re here. And adventure looks different for every dog. A young, energetic pup might be ready to explore, splash, play, and make new friends, while a Senior Sweetheart may prefer a leisurely Sniffari, a sensory game, a golf cart ride, and an afternoon cuddle. Both are adventures. 💚 I believe enrichment is an important part of a dog’s overall well-being, which is why I incorporate opportunities to sniff, search, explore, problem-solve, socialize, move, play, and discover instead of relying solely on physical exercise. I also believe Pawrents should get to share in the fun! Expect photos, updates, and plenty of little stories about what your best friend has been up to while you’re apart. 📸🐾 Whether your pup needs an adventure buddy, a patient companion, enrichment and exercise, grooming, or someone comfortable managing a more involved care routine, my goal is the same: To partner with Pawrents to give their pups the full and joyous life every dog deserves.
