This is to let the readers know that this is not a negative but a honest review. Might be a bit long but worth anyone else wanting to use Rajeeb and Namita to dog sit your pups. Wanting to go on a 2 week trip out of the country we decided to use this sitter since our original sitter canceled at the last minute due to an emergency. After having accepted to board our 2 dogs one being a 15yr old 15pound senior and the other a year and half old 32pound dog and on our request a slight discount was given freely. Before giving both the dogs over as this is the first time entrusting our dogs to strangers and being meticulous and through we met up before hand with the party and told them exactly what to expect and also gave them typed sheet with proper and detailed instructions, from feeding to potty etc. Specially since we have the senior dog who needs potty breaks every 2hrs and being a senior needs to go potty even at night if he wakes up. Also since he is a rescue due to previous owners negligence has had to have most of his teeth removed and therefore will only eat his kibble if cooked minced chicken is added to it. Again all the above was agreed to until half way into our boarding with them starting to complaining about the fact that they cannot do night potty and that our dog was messing the floor! Of course my dog is going to mess the floor as being a senior he has no bowel holding power and needs to relieve himself if not taken out! As well mid week through the trip they complained about the cooked chicken finishing even though I had given enough to last the whole stay, so had to get my kids to buy more and drop it off. Then they constantly kept saying how they need to charge more as they felt that my senior dog who technically sleeps almost 19hrs our of 24 was too much bother and found it hard to handle. So in short if you'll ever use this sitter pls be advised that they seem to only handle very low maintenance dogs which mine in reality was and they have no senior dog experience even though they claim they have. And finally when I got my dogs back they both were smelling of urine, their beds quite dusty and scuffed considering that I just bathed my dogs before I dropped them off and their beds were as good as brand new. So I had to hygiene reasons had to bathe them both as soon I got them after coming back on a 19hr flight!! We had been open with our communication and fairness in paying all our fees that was mentioned by the dog sitter and Rover yet we somehow felt that to them it was more a business deal than the a amicable understanding and true overall well being of the dogs sadly....

Rajib and Namita are really good pet sitters, they care for the pets like it's their own. They are very responsible towards the pets that they take care and they have 2 dogs of their own which allows them to really connect with the other pets.
