Rai is absolutely phenomenal—hands down the best Rover sitter we’ve ever had! This was Bella Pauline’s second stay with her, and Rai cared for our medication-needing, love-demanding girl as if she were her own. We received plenty of wonderful photo updates, so it was clear Bella was happy, comfortable, and thoroughly spoiled. Rai also left our home spotless, washed the linens, and somehow added an extra cherry on top: Bella was gifted a delicious homemade treat and a new toy. Bella may now think Rai runs a five-star dog resort, complete with room service. We are incredibly grateful and would recommend Rai without hesitation. She is caring, reliable, thoughtful, and truly exceptional!!

Rai is an absolute rockstar. She swooped in after a last-minute cancellation, wrangled our wild new puppy, and pampered our senior dog with his twice-a-day meds like it was no big deal. Our house was spotless when we got home, the pups looked like they were on vacation in every photo, and it’s obvious she’s a true **dog** person. 10/10, would trust her with our furry circus any time.

Rai is a perfect house and dog sitter. She watched my dog shortly after he had surgery and followed his care instructions exactly. He is fussy with pills and had to do some exercises and she still got everything done. Rai is a great communicator and provided frequent updates and pictures. I didn’t have to text her to check in even one time since she reached out so much. That was a huge comfort to me. We came home to a super clean house (better than we left it) and a very happy dog. We will definitely be repeat clients, thank you Rai!!!

Rai was professional, prompt, polite, and above all absolutely loving towards our puppos and cared about what our own needs were as well! She watched our 3 fur babies for the weekend and took care of them beautifully with one of them needing to take her medication administered every day! She fed them, made sure they went potty and spent time with them, ensuring their happiness. She sent us photos daily which helped to put our hearts at ease but honestly, with the pre-meet we could already tell that they were all going to be well taken care of which they all were! We came home to happy, non-anxious, peaceful puppos. They were waiting for us at the gate but not dying to see us which made it even more evident that they enjoyed their time with Rai! Also, our home was BETTER than when we left it! It was cleaned, things were put away, bedding laundered, puppo potty cleaned up, just WOW! We were NOT expecting that at all and it was a pleasant surprise considering we have more family to host in our home same day that we came home! The cleaning helped us to save time a lot and was just so considerate! From pre-beginning to post end of her time at our home with our puppoms, she has gone above and beyond and cared for my furfamily and us through and through! I wish I couldn't recommend her so I can keep her for my family LOL!! But I MUST to recommend her because she is AMAZING and it would be a disservice to our community! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience has been as it is my and my husband's first time using Rover! We are so very thankful it was with Rai! We can now go on trips that we weren't able to go on before and we can't wait to have her take care of the Pups again!
