Working from home (9-5) means I’m very flexible - early mornings, lunchtime and late afternoon/evening are all great walking times that I can work around. Since all I need is my laptop to work, I can easily come and keep your dog company for the day if you need a sitter (we’ll always pop out for a lunchtime walk and play/train throughout the day).

If you’re going away (even for the day!) you want to know you’ve left your dog in good hands. I’m always happy to provide a plan of the day for what we’ll be doing, which will include any important details you’ve shared (e.g. frequency and quantity of food, exercise needs, frequency of toilet breaks, where she or he is/isn’t allowed to go). If we’re heading off on a walk or run, I always keep dogs on leads unless they have excellent recall and we’ve been on several walks already. We don’t want anyone running off! To provide the best possible experience for your dog, I can also bring toys, treats, even agility equipment to make this day something out of the ordinary!

Hi! I’m Raffi, a 27 y/o living in Sunninghill who is mad about dogs! I especially love tricks training, and discovering new walks with my springer/cocker cross, Monty. I’m IMDT-trained and have experience working with dogs both at home and abroad, including training anti-poaching and search-and-rescue dogs in Victoria Falls. I love working on shaping skills with dogs, encouraging them to problem-solve and improve step-by-step towards their final skill. Me and Monty enjoy skills-based work (our favourites are ‘spin’ ‘woof’ and ‘sit pretty’), and he’s still working on new tricks at 12 years old, currently working on ‘boop’. I’m very patient with training and always keep it fun - just let me know if there is something you’ve always wished your dog could do and we can work on it together! Keeping walks exciting is another thing I’m passionate about when it comes to all the dogs I look after, and you’ll find us exploring new paths, playing with toys, sticks, hiding treats, practising tricks, or doing some chasing games. I always aim for walks that exercise both body and mind, so every pup goes home happy and tired!

Raffi was amazing with our dog Oliver. We were celebrating our engagement and we really wanted someone we could trust with our pup and she was exactly that. So professional, gave us regular updates including photos throughout our night which definitely put our mind at ease. Cannot sing her praises enough, we will definitely be using her services again in the future.
The dogs had another brilliant visit from Raffi and could not be happier with her. She gives them a lot of fun and they are so happy and relaxed with her. Thank you, Raffi!
