Rafael always takes great care of our dog Lady and they have a fantastic connection. We know she loves to stay with him which is why we book with him year after year.
This was Tyson’s second time staying with Rafael and he had a great time (he told me!). I got photos during his stay and he was perfectly happy when I picked him up. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Rafael again. Thank you.
Rafael was great and Charlie seemed to have had a fab time. Would definitely use again!
Rafael was a fantastic sitter for Stan and would book him in again in a heartbeat. Loved getting updates and Stan clearly had a nice time
Rafael organised a meet and greet the day before drop off to introduce Lady to him and his home environment which was a brilliant idea and meant we knew she’d be well looked after. He asked about likes and dislikes, habits and what she was and wasn’t allowed to do. While we were away Rafael sent us updates and pictures which again, put our mind at ease that Lady was doing fine. We knew she’d been well looked after on collection day when she was excited to see us but cried and wanted to follow Rafael back inside ! We were really happy with everything throughout and cannot recommend Rafael enough.
Rafael took great care of Tyson. He's a little nervous with new people, but he was perfectly happy when I picked him up, and Rafael kept me updated throughout Tyson's stay so I knew he was doing well. I wouldn't hesitate to book Tyson in with Rafael again.

I’m fully flexible with my schedule both on weekdays and weekends as I work from home so I’m able to both host and house sit if needed!
