I have known Raechel for almost 10 years - as a neighbor, a friend, a fellow pet parent, and, most importantly, as someone I completely trust to care for my own pets. I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. She is one of those rare people who genuinely goes above and beyond, not because she has to, but because she cares so deeply about animals and wants them to feel safe, loved, and happy. My pets are my children, and I am incredibly particular about who I trust with them. I have trusted Raechel with them on many occasions without a second thought. She is responsible, attentive, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful. She sends photos and videos, keeps me updated, notices the little things, and treats my pets with the same love and patience that I would. She doesn't just “pet sit”, she genuinely gets to know each animal and their personality, routines, quirks, and needs. My cat is especially telling. He is notoriously shy and will hide from almost everyone, but the second Raechel comes around, he comes out to greet her, starts purring almost immediately, and plays like a kitten again. Seeing that level of trust and excitement from him says everything to me. Animals know who makes them feel safe, and mine absolutely adore her. After knowing Raechel for a decade, I can confidently say she is trustworthy, dependable, kind, and truly exceptional with animals. My pets are a huge part of my heart, and when I leave them in Raechel's care, I feel completely at ease. I trust her with my heart outside of my body and I can't think of a better recommendation than that.
