Ever since i was a little kid i’ve been taking care of pets. My family had a cat when i was 5 and i helped take care of him. My friends and family have trusted me to walk, bathe, and watch their pets. When i moved to Virginia i helped walk my uncles dogs and I started to work at petsmart where I would feed, give meds, and clean habitats for small animals also! I also have a cat who has feline herpes so i’m experienced in giving medication to cats when needed. i’m using rover as a full time job so i’m usually always available. i live in a decent sized house with a big backyard so your pets will have a lot of space and be comfortable. I would watch your pets closely to make sure they don’t get into anything/do anything they’re not supposed to. If needed, i would be able to separate my cat from your pets or go to your house to watch them. rover is my full time job so i’m home usually 7 days a week 24 hours a day, there will always be me, my dog, and my cat to keep your pets company. i have a big backyard, it’s not fenced yet but it’s big enough for dogs to run around without a leash, if you aren’t comfortable with that, i will keep your dog on a leash at all times when outside. the house has a lot of space for your dog to run around in and my dog and cat are here to keep them company. I can also use a baby gate to separate your dog if needed. *dogs are allowed on couches/beds at my house so if you don’t want your dog on furniture please let me know.

Thank you rae for taking care of my sweet girl. She loves your home, exploring your yard , your dog and your cat. I know barbie wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!
**Be Careful!** We dropped off our healthy dog in the morning and picked up our dog in the evening limping and lame- initial emergency vet bill cost us $800!! Rae texted us that our dog had a minor scratch while going up the stairs but the vet confirmed it is an animal bite. Rae has a cat and dog and was “watching” another dog. Still not sure what really happened. We are going back for a follow up vet visit as the leg bite is swollen and looks infected. My dog still yelps and pants 48 hrs after the incident and still hops on 3 legs! And we paid her for this??
Rae was great watching Daisy. She kept me informed on how things were going and sent me pics which helped me remain reassured all was going well. We met briefly before the stay to make sure we’d be a match. Daisy enjoyed playing with Cooper and was worn out when I brought her home I’d use her again.
Rae was very good as a dog sitter. I have a dog with disabilities and he seemed to be fine with her. She gave us regular updates and let me know how he was doing. I will be happy to have her help him again.
We loved using Rae! Jack got along with their little puppy. There was lots of outdoor space to run. She would be responsive within one hour of inquiring. Pictures daily which was very enjoyable. Very communicative and it asked any questions about my puppy at any time.Well definitely continue to use her in the future as Jack seem to enjoy his vacation.
My dog felt immediately comfortable with Rae. She has a lot of land for my dog to sniff around and explore. She also has a little dog that plays well with my boxer mix. I will be boarding again soon.
