I’m flexibly available, with proper notice through the summer I can make full time care work. Come the Fall I will have classes but beyond that I can work both weekends and week days!

I always care for animals with attention to details. Every animal is different and I would look for guidelines from owners! I believe in leashes outside of the home all the time, including harnesses or muzzles depending on what the animal may require. Checking for potential hazards such as fencing, other animals, plants, poisons, sharps is equally important to me. Ultimately animals throw us curve balls, I feel very comfortable transporting animals for emergency care as well.

I do not have the capability to support aggressive dogs! It’s important for me to know a dogs medical history, how they behave around dogs, kids or other animals. Additionally if they have dietary needs, it’s always helpful to know.
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks around a park, or for a good round of play in a fenced in yard! It’s important for me especially in the city that a pup gets out- whether it’s at loose park or around the neighborhood.

Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, from high energy German Short Hairs to 100 pound labs, I’ve cuddled and handled them all! I’m also a huge cat lover and have cared for pals cats as well as my own. I care for any animal how I care for my own, with patience, love, and attention to the ways they work to speak to us!

Rae is an attentive person, lover of all animals, and dedicated for caring said animals to meet them where they are at. They show the upmost responsibility in a calm, collected manner tending to their own pet cat needs and other dogs in their life. Rae is the kind of person who follows any instructions thoroughly, from an animals diet, exercise and play needs, or any medical support.
Rae has been an attentive pet owner and animal lover for as long as I've known them. Their personal experience with both cats and dogs, as well as their helping to care for my own cat, leads me to say that they would be a phenomenal pet caretaker for those needing it!
