Summer pet sitting!
I've grown up with pets my entire life, having a cat until I was 17 and helping out with dog sitting and walking for family friends. I've worked primarily with mid sized dogs, but have experience being around breeds like Great Danes and love little dogs as well!

Radio has always been good with all animals and has read so many library books and other information about dogs and other animals that he could often rival naturalists giving a talk on that subject. I may be a bit biased as his parent, but I have learned a lot from him. He gives us tips with our own dog from keeping Maisie more mentally engaged; to when she could use her nails trimmed. Radio is pretty good with the body language of our nervous dog and finds ways to circumvent her from barking by giving a directional command of "Go say hi." to help redirect her attention. He gives Maisie baths, teaches her tricks, takes her on walks, and keeps us informed of her daily activities and health. We also had a cat for 17 years that was with Radio the whole time he was growing up and he was so good to her too. A true lover of animals!

Schedule
I'm currently unemployed but job searching, but that means I will have plenty of time to give lots of attention to any especially needy dogs!

I have a fenced backyard with one dog. She's only 3 years old and is a rescued Rhodesian Ridgeback. She's a bit anxious at first when meeting new faces, but she loves most other dogs and will likely be very excited for a new friend! If needed for your pets nerves or your concerns I can keep them gated off from each other.
Pets
A typical day
I love seeing dogs personalities shine through when playing, and will gladly spend a good hour or so. Walks will be around 30-45 minutes but there will be around 2 or 3 per day. If there's any tricks you're working on with your dog, let me know! I'd me more than willing to help them practice.
