I have been boarding and house-sitting all types of lovely family-members for many years (with all of my many years of additional experience noted below.) I am very good at what I do and have a perfect track record. I am a homesteader with my husband and care for all of our family members (dog, cat, goats, and chickens.) They are all precious to me. I treat other’s pets with the same adoration and care. Experience: I have over 30 years of experience surrounded by dogs, cats, goats, rabbits/small animals, wild birds/chickens, horses, and rescues. I have cared for special needs pets and temperamental pets, and understand that each creature has their own personality and requirements. I give each furry family member time to acclimate to me with their family being away. I carefully observe their temperament, personality, and boundaries to determine whether they require more physical attention or more space to be independent. My biggest priority is their happiness and sense of peace while their family is away. I work around them to give them what they require and to make them feel the most comfortable; and I have the knowledge and experience to confidently do so. :) Communication is one of my top priorities. Some of my experience: • I used to show AKC dogs and ARBA rabbits professionally. • I was the president and one of the obedience trainers for a canine 4-H club. I also assisted in leading a rabbit 4-H club. • I have experience assisting groomers with bath and brushing and nail trimming both dogs and cats. Your furry family member would always be treated as my own family under my care. :)
