Hello! I've been blessed with the companionship of animals my entire life and love spending time outdoors and with our beloved furry friends. I have two indoor 15yo cats of my own, Rocky and Nala, and my family recently adopted a beautiful Siberian Husky pup named Akeela who I adore. Before her, we were blessed with Scuttle (terrier mix) for 16 wonderful years. I am responsible, organized, and honest in my communication. I love providing detailed, frequent updates and pictures. I am extremely trustworthy and believe in nurturing every animal's interests and intelligences, no matter how old they are. I taught my dog to fetch when he was already 8 years old! I love getting to know individual personalities and letting each being approach life at their own pace. I mostly have my regular set walks in the neighborhood, but I do always love to make new friends on Rover. Say hello! Safety, trust & environment
When I am in your home I am very respectful of your belongings and privacy and I like to keep everything as-is for when you return home. I will generally do a walk through to check for anything errant - puddles, leaks, spills, bio incidents, etc - and clean them as needed, but otherwise park myself on the floor and just spend time with your fur baby in whatever way they seem to be in the mood for!

Rachel was so great with Tina! She made sure to keep in touch with us before and after each walk to let us know how things were going. She came for a meet and greet with Tina to help get our pup settled and ready. Rachel went above and beyond, we'll definitely be working with her again and would absolutely recommend her.

I really have enjoyed having Rachel as a dog walker, especially considering she was able to provide services last-minute when I was caught in a pinch and needed a new dog walker. She is very respectful, professional, and communicative. I appreciate how she knows how to provide the appropriate positive reinforcement during walks considering my dog has dog reactivity, and it brings me reassurance that she does everything on her end to ensure each walk is a safe walk! My dog instantly hit it off with her (he absolutely LOVES her), and she kindly took extra time during the meet and greets to allow my dog to get used to her. She goes above and beyond to ensure that my dog has the best walking experience as well as communicate with me how the walks went after each session, and I am looking forward to continuing her services long-term!
This was Leo's first time with a drop-in dog walker and Rachel was fantastic! She was thoughtful about getting to know him, his habits, and our needs, and everything went smoothly. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable as well as Leo. Will look forward to working with her again.

Schedule
I work freelance so I have lots of availability for last minute walks, long walks, etc! I love getting to sneak a walk in during my day.
