I have been caring for dogs for the majority of my life and have been a trusted dog walker and pet sitter for my friends and family for 15+ years. I have cared for dogs of all ages and personalities and I take joy in treating them like family. We have a spacious fenced-in backyard with plenty of grass for potty breaks and chasing after squirrels. I am the proud dog mom of a 8 lb mini cockapoo that is fully vaccinated, well-socialized, and playful with other dogs. I know how hard it is to be away from your dogs so I am happy to provide you with daily updates and pictures. I look forward to taking care of your pet!

12/10 - I was so nervous to leave my dog with someone new after just moving to the area. Rachel took incredible care of my dog and helped her warm up a little more to her and dog each day. She’s also really easy to communicate with and gave my dog tons of love and attention and even sent pics. Absolutely my go to dog sitter moving forward.

Schedule
I work full time as a teacher. On days that I am working, I am able to run home during my lunch break to give dogs a mid-day potty break. During breaks from school (i.e. spring break, summer break, Thanksgiving week, etc.), I am able to be home all day. When I'm home, I'm able to give dogs bathroom breaks every 0-2 hours and frequent walks around my neighborhood.

I am used to caring for dogs that require a lot of exercise and mental stimulation so I am happy to play with your dog and take them on frequent walks. Your dog will love spending time in my large and well-shaded backyard. Your dog can expect ear scratches, belly rubs, and lots of snuggle time!

A typical day
Taking long walks around the neighborhood, playing with toys, roaming around the backyard, snuggling on the couch, eating treats, chasing squirrels, barking at delivery people, etc.
