Hello! I have been dog/house sitting for friends for the past few years and have finally decided to join Rover! The fur babies I have taken care of include Aussies, chihuahuas, golden doodles, pit-bulls, poodles, Havanese and more! I have cared for both puppies and very elderly dogs in need of constant care due to medical reasons. I am available for dog-sitting in my home or yours!

I have plenty of space in my home for your fur baby and have easy access to a dog park just a few minutes away. I can also easily crate your dog if needed.

Rachel and her husband provided such great care for our Zora! Our dog is a super sweet, introvert...but she has a knucklehead side! LOL! Zora was comfortable and safe with them. Thank you!!

I booked Rachel to watch my dog for 2 nights. Our dog seems to have been cared for but I was disappointed in the services we received overall. I only received one brief update during our dog’s stay and it was after we asked how everything was going. I didn’t ask for daily updates but have had that experience with other sitters and Rovers in the past so it seemed odd to me. When we dropped our dog off, I asked if they knew how to use her collar as it’s a little tricky to put on. Rachel said she did, but when we picked up our dog, it was not latched correctly which could have resulted in a choking hazard. Rachel bought our dog a bone to enjoy. I know that was well intentioned and I appreciate the thought but I was concerned that she would give my dog something without asking first. Our dog has some food allergies so we have to be careful about what we feed her. In all fairness, I did not mention this specifically when dropping her off. In the past, I have had people ask if they could give her something outside of the food and treats we send her with so I didn’t anticipate her being given something without our knowledge. Thankfully her allergies aren’t life threatening, but she did have a skin allergy flare up when we brought her home. I am an anxious dog mom so it’s hard to leave her with anyone I don’t know. Our dog came back to unharmed, but I didn’t feel fully comfortable with the services that were provided and I would not book again.
Rachel was great! We had a unfortunate situation come up with our travel plans and she was very understanding and helpful. We would absolutely book with her again!
Rachel was great and our dog seemed to have a great weekend there!

Schedule
I currently work outside the home 7am-1pm, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends as well and anytime during the week after 1:15pm.
