Reliable Summer Dog Walker
I’ve been around animals my entire life and genuinely love spending time with dogs. I’m a teacher, so I’m off during the summer and looking to fill my extra time doing something I enjoy — caring for pets! I’m experienced with walks, feeding routines, playtime, and giving dogs lots of love and attention. I’m patient, dependable, and attentive to each dog’s personality and needs, and I want every pet to feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their normal routine consistent so they feel comfortable and secure. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, walk routines, medications if needed, and making sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and care. I’m very responsible, respectful of people’s homes, and attentive to safety during walks and visits. I also like to send updates and photos so owners can feel reassured while they’re away.
Ratings and reviews
Rachel has been an animal lover all her life and helped care for our family pets (dogs, cats, rabbit and a few wild animal rescues) for many years. Most recently, she has taken our strong-willed labradoodle on hikes and walks with ease. Not only is she caring and patient toward pets, but she is also very dependable and trustworthy. She would be happy to meet and care for your dog or other pet!
My pets love Rachel! She’s great—dependable, responsible, and a real animal-lover. I know she has experience with animals big, small, and those with big personalities. I would highly recommend her for any of your pet care needs!

Schedule
Since I’m a teacher, I have a very open and flexible schedule during the summer. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, and I’m excited to spend my extra time staying active with walks, drop-ins, and quality time with pets. I’m available most weekdays and weekends and can be flexible with different schedules and routines to help pets feel comfortable and cared for.
