I’m a genuine, hard worker who has lived in the DMV for 15 years. Growing up, I had many cats and as an adult I currently have three of my own (Callie, Casey, and Andy). In my free time, I love to exercise, watch Netflix, read, and cuddle up with my pets. I also love meeting new cats (through pet sitting, and even befriending any I see outside) - I'd love to dote on your kitties! I have experience caring for shy cats and cats who need special care (oral medicines, shots, etc.). As a pet owner, I know how important it is to know my cats are in good hands when I travel, so you can expect constant communication and pictures from me when I pet sit your kitties.

When I cat sit, I make sure to treat your kitties like my own. I love to spoil kitties with playtime, a clean home, and pets/snuggles. I get along with most cats, even the shy ones. I love giving five star service with tons of pictures and updates; I know it’s stressful leaving pets behind so I want to reassure you that they are doing well!

Rachel is wonderful. She was great with our cats, taking great care of them including lots of fun play time. She is extremely reliable and considerate and a sitter we will definitely use again.
As always, Rachel is our favorite cat sitter ever! She sent us very detailed reports and the cutest pictures of our boy Toby, and gave him all the playtime and cuddles he wanted.
Rachel took amazing care of our cat, Blue, while we were away. She followed all of our feeding instructions, spent time playing with her, and sent regular updates and pictures that gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Blue and made sure she was happy and well cared for. We are so grateful to have found Rachel and will absolutely continue using her services in the future. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive pet sitter!
This is the longest time I’ve been away from my cat and I felt very comfortable knowing she was in good hands with Rachel. She was able to give Pixel her oral medication and always provided detailed updates on her demeanor and playfulness for the given visit. I looked forward to seeing the summary and pictures each time!
Rachel is our absolute favorite cat sitter! She's so attentive and thorough and it's clear how much our kitty loves her.

I'm available for early morning and evening visits (weekdays and weekends). I work from home, so I also have quite a bit of flexibility if needed!
