I have a small fully-fended outdoor patio with a potty area. I have 2 dogs of my own, both chihuahuas. My dogs usually sleep in my bed with me but I can also crate your dog if you want. One of my dogs has arthritis so we have dog ramps/dog stairs all over, and I'm used to carrying little dogs up the big stairs as needed. If we need to drive the dogs anywhere, we have a dog seat in the car and little doggie seat belts for safety.

I'd just like to know the dog's diet, how much to feed, and daily exercise regimen. If a dog has any special needs or medications, please be detailed and thorough!

I'm in a residential area so walks through the neighborhood are great. I also have plenty of toys. There is a little dog door to our back patio so the dogs can go inside and outside at their leisure. We usually put a comfy bed outside for them when the weather is nice. Mostly we are couch potatoes but we also sometimes take our dogs to the coffee shop for some socialization. My 6 year old dog is really active so we take him on long neighborhood walks or hikes sometimes. We also have 2 guinea pigs and 2 hamsters, but other pets are NOT allowed to interact with them. They are kept up high on tables so the dogs can't reach them. My dogs get a lot of enjoyment watching them run around in their enclosures though.

I have a long history of taking care of senior dogs and dogs with special needs/medical needs. I can give oral medication pretty easily, and if your dog has other needs just show me how to do it and I can learn! We used to have a dog with serious chronic medical conditions so we've pretty much seen it all at this point. We currently have 2 chihuahuas of our own - a sleepy 12 year old named Camel and a 6 year old party boy named CG. We also sometimes have a foster dog with us from a rescue shelter too, who can be any age, male or female, and always a small dog. I got my dog CG at 9 weeks old so I have puppy training knowledge too. Please note I can only board smaller dogs ~25 pounds or less.

Rachel is awesome! She watched our senior dog for an extended stay and sent many pictures and updates and we felt comfortable our whole trip knowing he was in good hands. We will be using her again if she is available for sure!
Rachel was wonderful! She was able to care for my small, senior dog on short notice and Grandpa seemed like he had a great time with her own clan of Chihuahuas. We got daily pictures.
Rachel took great care of Rhea! She was very communicative and sent me photos while I was away. I felt at ease knowing Rhea was in good hands. I would definitely trust her to watch Rhea again in the future.
Rachel was great! Very responsive and conscientious. My dog got along great with her doggy too. My dog was in the hospital a a few days earlier and she still welcomed her and followed the appropriate protocol of food and medicine. I highly recommend Rachel!
