We trusted Rachel implicitly with the care of our pets. She cared for our medically sensitive, elderly miniature dachshund for several trips, providing her with sometimes complicated but always loving care for up to 10 days at a time. She also fed the fish in our pond. Later, after Trudy died and we adopted sister kittens, Rachel began caring for them and their quirks. She has always followed the instructions we left, let us know immediately when anything went awry, and has been willing to continue care longer when flights have been delayed. Most importantly, she has shown our pets the same love and care we give them. We are very sad to have lost her in our area, but she will be a gift to the people near her now.

Rachel is the absolute best! Our cat, KitKat, is very shy, but warmed up to Rachel immediately. Rachel sends regular photo and video updates - including sweet clips of KitKat lounging in her lap. Rachel is reliable, consistent, and genuinely loves animals. We highly recommend her.
