Availability
I am most available Friday afternoons and the weekend, but I don’t mind spending a night if needed and using my 45 minute lunch break for a quick potty around town.

Dog skills
Safety, trust & environment
I am very receptive to specific pet needs and preferences, and staying in your home rather than boarding in mine ensures your pet’s comfort while you are away.
Information Rachel W. would like to know about your pet
Feeding and potty schedules are always important to know, as well as any allergies or medications they will need while under my care. Particularly if I’m going to be walking your dog, I need to know typical behaviors or triggers (like if your dog likes to lurch for squirrels)
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks to smell new smells and enjoy the sunshine, ending at a park to watch the birds or play fetch. I typically follow the dog’s lead at home for if they want to play with a toy, run around, or just snuggle on the couch.
Location

I like walks more than dogs do
Pet care experience
I have lived with other people’s pets but never owned my own, so I specialize in loving the pets I find around me! I’ve cared for dogs from puppies to seniors and 5 lbs to 95 lbs, and I’ve never found a dog I don’t like
Reviews

Rachel was great with our dogs. She sent pics and updates, did everything I asked. I couldn’t even tell she had stayed at the house. Will definitely rebook with Rachel.

Rachel was fantastic and loved on our three four legged kiddos.

Rachel was amazing, she had me updated with pictures and made sure our dog was well taken care of.
Rachel has been my go to dog sitter for over two years, my dogs absolutely adore her! My german shepherd is very nervous and she has done so awesome with Rachel. She communicates so well and sends frequent updates on my babies. She is a god-send to me!
