Hi there! I’m Rachel W., a full-time sitter for animals with a genuine love for them all. I have over 10 years of animal experience! My background includes volunteering at a wildlife rehabilitation center, where I helped care for everything from baby squirrels to injured birds. At home, I’m lucky to have two friendly cats and a sweet 17-year-old dog who still loves her daily strolls. She gets along with everyone and everything—dogs, cats, and even ferrets! When I’m not out exploring with pups, you can find me enjoying nature, tending to my plants, or spending time with my furry companions. Rachel was awesome! We contacted her with very short notice and she was so kind and accommodating to meet our schedule! She was also incredible with our big girl! She was extremely communicative and let us know when medicine was given and sent a lot of cute videos and pictures. Elwood felt comfortable with her instantly and it was such a piece of mind to have Rachel stay with us. It would be a pleasure to have Rachael dog sit for us again!
We left our two cats in Rachel's care for about half a month when we were in Europe. Rachel was wonderful!! Rachel bonded with the cats right away. She didn't just feed them, but she played with them and even brought new toys for them. She sent photos and updates that showed the cats were doing well and were happy with her. Rachel did in-home pet sitting for me for a week. My rambunctious 8 month old golden retriever puppy and cat had a great week with her! She sent daily updates with pictures. She left my house in perfect condition- you’d never even know she was there. Would absolutely use Rachel again in the future and highly recommend her.

I am always taking care of pets because I have 4 of my own- 1 dog, 2 cats, and African dwarf frogs. I clean my cats' litter box and also feed my pets daily. I give medication to my senior dog once a day at night.

I will monitor your pets while they are in my care and make sure that they are healthy and happy. I will always ALWAYS keep a close eye on your pets upon leaving or entering the house. I will always treat your home with respect and care. Your pets deserve love as if they are my own!

A typical day
My walks will be about 30 minutes. I will always try to be the fun sitter! I love to throw the frisbee or tennis ball. If an owner would allow me to take their pet to a hiking trail, I would love to do that!
