This is our first time using the Rover service and so glad we did! Rachel was awesome and couldn't asked for better care for our 2 cats. Rachel took care of our cat Lio during our time away. We trust her to care for Lio. She has been helping us for several years. She always follows all direction, communicates with us and sends lots of pictures. Lio can get stressed from not spending time with us, however he looked well cared for and happy. Thank you Rachel and definitely recommend her for all pet sitting, visiting and care needs.
Rachel was super wonderful and accommodating for my little guy! She makes sure to check in verbally often and sent a ton of great photos every day. I was in a different timezone and knowing she was the one checking in gave me a lot of confidence. I'll definitely book her again!
